Trade between Russia and China grew by 31% in ten months

The total volume of China's foreign trade in January-October increased by 31.9% in annual terms, to $4.89 trillion. Trade with Russia increased by 30.9%, to $ 115.6 billion, according to Chinese customs statistics. China exported goods to Russia for $ 52.9 billion (+30.6%). Imports totaled $62.8 billion (+31.2%). In October, the trade turnover between the countries amounted to $13 billion. U.S.-China trade increased by 33.4% to nearly $610 billion. Exports from China increased by 31.7% and imports of U.S. products increased by 39%. During the first half of 2021, trade between China and Russia increased by 28.2% in annual terms. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov previously reported that over the past 20 years, trade turnover between the countries has increased 13-fold.
