The Supreme Court's troika recognized straight off three decisions of courts as illegal. According to them, ex-head of Yukos Mikhail Khodorkovsky and former head of MENATEP Platon Lebedev for three months in 2010 stayed at the pre-detention center. The sides have not yet received the motivating part of the decision, but the defense believes that the Supreme Court has found that Khodorkovsky and Lebedev have committed crimes in the sphere of entrepreneurship and that their punishment, according to the recent presidential amendments to the Criminal-Procedural Code, should be different.
